What does setting a Program start date mean?

When you create a new program, you can select a start date for your program or leave it blank.
When you pick a start date for the program, the training days will show a tab at the top with the training dates and the day of the week. This can be useful while you are programming for a Client and understanding which day of the week this training day falls on.
