Activity name: Name of the Endurance activity (For example: Walking, Cycling, Running, Skiing etc.)

Rounds: How many times do you want your Client to repeat this activity

Distance: How much distance do you want your Client to cover doing this activity (For example: 800m, 1 Mile, 1 Km etc.)

Duration: How long do you want your Client to do this activity? (For example: 30 minutes, 30 seconds etc.)

Rest duration: How long do you want your Client to rest?

Pace: This is the speed at which you want your Client to move (for example, specify a particular pace like 3:45 minute / Kilometre or keep it simple like "Conversational pace," etc.)

Watt: This shows the power output that your Client can produce while doing activities like skiing, rowing, cycling etc.

Cal/hr: This shows the number of calories you've burned per hour.

Stroke rate: Stroke rate is the number of strokes you take per minute, or spm (Strokes Per Minute). Please read read this article if you are interested in learning more about stroke rate.

Damper setting: Damper setting is similar to bicycle gearing: it affects how rowing/skiing feels but does not directly affect the resistance. A lower damper setting on the indoor rower is comparable to easier gears on a bike. Please read this article if you are interested in learning more about damper setting.

Drag factor: Between each stroke, the Performance Monitor on your rower / ski-erg measures how much your flywheel is slowing down to determine how sleek or slow your “boat” is. This rate of deceleration is called the drag factor. Please read this article if you are interested in learning more about drag factor.

Note: You can enter cues for this exercise that you want your Client to know by clicking the "notes" icon at the top left corner.
