The following explains what the various terms under the strength exercise tab mean when you add a new exercise to your training day and click on the "Select an exercise" tile.

Sets: A set is a group of repetitions (an example would be 3 sets of 12 repetitions).

Reps: A repetition is a single time you perform the exercise.

Rest duration: This represents the duration you would rest after completing a set. (an example would be resting 2 minutes after doing a set of 12 repetitions).

Bodyweight: If you want your Client to perform the exercise you selected with no external load, you will pick bodyweight.

Weighted: If you want your Client to perform the exercise you selected with an external load, you would pick weighted. You can choose between three external loads - Dumbbell, Plates or Barbell and select between Kilogram (Kg) or Pounds (Lb)

Note: You can enter cues for this exercise that you want your Client to know by clicking the "notes" icon at the top left corner.
